MBCOM Technologies

1. On May 2021, Midis Group, through its subsidiary MB Com. Ltd, (“MBCOM Technologies”), has agreed to new contractual arrangements with CA Europe Sarl (“CA”), a Broadcom company, unifying the existing local Midis teams to represent CA Enterprise and Symantec Cybersecurity (“Broadcom Software” ) solutions. The new structure expands MBCOM Technologies’ role as the CA representative for the Broadcom Software portfolio. Geographically, MBCOM Technologies is the exclusive representative of CA and Symantec software solutions in more than 90 countries. MBCOM Technologies has assumed full sales and operational responsibility in these regions through its existing network of distributors and dealers. The agreement to unify the CA MBCOM Technologies and Symantec teams under the MBCOM Technologies brand also has a number of other objectives. Chief among these is the intent to increase agility and local decision-making, along with better responsiveness to channel and end-customer opportunities.
